As vice president and general counsel for DataPath, Steve Wilson is responsible for guiding the company in all legal matters as well as contracts, risk and compliance and government affairs.

Prior to joining DataPath, Mr. Wilson was associated with the law firm of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in Atlanta, Ga., where he practiced in the areas of corporate law, securities law, taxation and mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the American, Georgia and California Bar Associations, and he is a certified public accountant. Mr. Wilson has represented both public and private companies in all aspects of tax and business planning, mergers and acquisitions, the sale or other transition of ownership, capital raising, and general operations and compliance, including SEC reporting.
