David Behnke is a managing director and head of U.S. investments of Najeti Ventures, LLC. From 2002 to 2003, he was a senior vice president of United States Trust Company, N.A., where he was responsible for client development. Prior to these positions, Mr. Behnke was a managing director with JPMorgan & Company where he spent 22 years.

From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Behnke headed JPMorgan’s Private Sale Advisory Group, a division that provided merger and acquisition advice to privately held companies. Prior to that, Mr. Behnke headed the firm’s Global Power Business. Mr. Behnke serves as chairman of the board of MVP Group International, Inc., is on the board of Direct Fuels and serves as vice chair of the Advisory Council of the Baker Institute for Animal Health at Cornell University.
