Nicole Robinson brings more than 20 years of experience in the satellite communications industry to her role as DataPath’s President. She has held senior management positions with Comtech Telecommunications Corp., Ursa Space Systems, SES Satellites, and General Dynamics. With a focus on driving growth and managing operational teams, she has the proven track record to lead DataPath in the rapidly evolving SATCOM market. Nicole holds a BS from Radford University, an MBA from Liberty University and has completed the Senior Executives in National and International Security program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
Barry botts
SVP SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
As SVP Sales & Business Development, Barry Botts leads DataPath’s efforts in creating and maintaining customer confidence, and driving corporate growth by providing end-to-end solutions that enable successful mission execution. He has extensive experience with organizational growth as a Business Development, Strategy, and P&L executive in the defense and government markets. Prior to joining DataPath, he served as the Vice President of Products at SAIC (formerly Engility), and held leadership positions at Cubic (formerly DTECH Labs) and L3HARRIS (formerly L3 Technologies). Barry is a proud veteran of the United States Navy.
BRAD MAJERES
SVP OPERATIONS
As DataPath’s SVP Operations, Brad supports the company as it expands in scale and continues its focus on quality and efficiency. Brad has a broad base of responsibilities including engineering and technology, supply chain, program management, and logistics. A satellite-industry veteran, Majeres brings extensive leadership experience to DataPath, having previously served as a business line general manager and head of engineering, program management, and operations at organizations including ViaSat, General Dynamics, and Scientific Atlanta. Brad is a proud graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and has devoted his career to innovation and excellence in the satellite communications industry.

sr. director of Programs
In her role as Sr. Director of Programs, Karen Bice brings more than 25 years of experience in overseeing large teams, managing multi-million-dollar assets, and executing complex maintenance and logistics operations worldwide. She has a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in the U.S. military and private sector organizations including Safran Defense & Space and InVeris Training Solutions. As a U.S. military officer, Karen was a three-time squadron commander, two-time staff member and senior executive assistant. Karen holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, an MBA from Eastern New Mexico University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
TAMMY JO MORGAN
Sr. Director of Contracts and Compliance
Tammy Jo Morgan brings more than 25 years of experience in contracts, financial and operations management, much of it in the satellite communications industry, to her position as Sr. Director of Contracts and Compliance at DataPath. Her background includes responsibility for the development and implementation of contract formation, negotiations, administration policies, and contracts management systems. Additionally, she has managed outside legal counsel activities including litigation, trademarks, patents, and business applications. Designated as the Empowered Official, she is responsible for regulatory compliance and leads corporation compliance programs for the company. Tammy Jo holds a BBA in Accounting from Shorter University.
DELPHINE WEEKS
hUMAN rESOURCES mANAGER
As Human Resources Manager, Delphine Weeks brings expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, employment law, performance management and training and development. She has over 20 years in human resources in diverse industries including telecommunications, defense, and financial services. Delphine has held senior and mid management positions ranging from HR Director to HR Management and possesses multi state as well as international labor law experience. She has extensive knowledge and experience within the aerospace and defense industries and has strategically partnered with leadership to translate the needs of the business into a human capital strategy that delivers on talent acquisition, legal compliance, retention and employee engagement. Delphine holds both a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts Degrees from St. Leo University and is a certified Human Resources professional.
